Yes. All healthcare providers on our platform are independently licensed and operate through Ovie Health Group as Viron Health's contracted provider network. Viron Health works with licensed healthcare providers across the United States.
No. Viron Health providers supplement but do not replace your primary care physician. You are strongly encouraged to maintain a relationship with your local primary care provider and disclose any treatments received through Viron Health to your other healthcare providers.
Viron Health currently focuses on general wellness verticals including Anti-Aging, Weight Loss, and Peptides. Additional treatment categories are being added as our platform expands. All treatments require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Treatment availability may vary by state.

No in-person visits are required for eligible patients. Everything is done online from your home. Your provider may recommend at-home lab testing in some cases as part of your treatment plan.
Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days after processing. Your order will not be processed or shipped until you have completed your online consultation and received approval from a licensed provider. We ship within the United States only. Packaging may vary.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for prescriptions that have already been dispensed. Once a prescription is filled it is considered a final purchase.
