Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for prescriptions that have already been dispensed. Once a prescription is filled, it is considered a final purchase because the medication cannot be used for another patient.
In certain cases, we may replace products that you have ordered. This includes instances where the product is damaged upon delivery. Return requests must be made within three (3) days of delivery and may require you to submit photo evidence to support your claim.
All authorized refunds will be limited to one product and are issued to the payment method that you used to purchase the order that you are returning. Refunds may take up to 30 days to be received.
Viron Health LLC currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Your order will not be processed or shipped until you have completed an online consultation with a licensed provider and received approval for treatment.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. Viron Health LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Packaging may vary.
